Registration of Marriage
Registration forms, available at the National Registration Department (Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara), will be displayed on notice board for one week after the particulars are properly filled up by the applicants. The Assistant Registrar of Marriage, appointed by the Government, will then conduct the registration in the presence of two witnesses if no objection is raised.
