To drive governance, business and social transformation. One of the hallmarks of the Sabah Digital Government agenda is the growth of the Sabah Digital Economy. This effort is aimed at enhancing online business development and marketing. This will give an edge to Sabah traditional pillar of its economy, particularly, tourism agro-foods & fishery, as well as manufactured products – as well as other sectors of the Sabah economy.
Two main digital platforms were introduced: SabaTAMU (Sabah Digital Marketplace), BizSABAH: VEP (Virtual Engagement Platform)

SabahTAMU Marketplace is an initiative by The Sabah Digital Government to enable local businesses to be part of the Digital Economy. This platform promotes all things about Sabah which allows customers to shop for coupons and enjoy great deals, discounts, and many more.

Virtual Engagement Platform (VEP)
VEP was developed as a tool for business exchange to enable Sabah Government to connect all Sabah businesses and engage to broader audience in an interactive manner.
The platform’s features:
- Virtual Booth: enables potential client to visualise your business
- Business Matching: schedule B2B Business Meeting to clinch new business opportunity
- Digital Directory: allow potential clients to find you with ease and understand your business in one glance
