Malaysian Industrial Development Finance Berhad (MIDF), incorporated on 30 March 1960 mainly for the purpose in helping, developing and improving the manufacturing sector in Malaysia.
MIDF is one of the agencies under MITI whose main role is to provides medium and long term financing for new projects, expansion, automation, modernisation and relocation programmes.
It merged with Amanah Capital Partners Berhad in February 2003, and established MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad (MIDF Investment) in 2006.
MIDF Online Financing Platform
MIDF has taken advanced steps by introducing a digital / on-line financing platform. This is part of the MIDF Group overall vision and strategy to adopt technologies in its business and financing operations, remain competitive in the market and conserve the environment.
The MIDF Online Financing platform is an online platform that offers customers the flexibility to apply for business financing online at their own convenience. Besides offering convenience, the platform will also offer fast approval once the full suite is available soon.
For a start, effective 14 February 2022, customers can enquire on financing 24 hours a day and 365 days a year (“24/7”), apply for financing online including submission of basic documents through the platform, get immediate feedback on their eligibility to proceed with MIDF financing and check on their application status.
