In efforts to balance public health, livelihoods and economic sustainability, a One Stop Centre (OSC) has been set up in Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) website to ease the movement of business travellers by expediting the approval of their entry to do business in Malaysia.
This Centre assumes a critical role in ensuring that Malaysia remains steady on the path of economic recovery and growth by enabling business travellers’ movement to do their business or work in Malaysia.
The OSC caters to business travellers from all economic sectors that are entering Malaysia for a short-term stay (14 days or less) or a long-term stay (more than 14 days).
Application procedure:
Step 1) Visit MIDA’s website: mida.gov.my
Step 2) On the homepage, click on the click here button inside a red box which is floating in the left of the page
Step 3) After new page appears, scroll down until you find the “Short Term Stay or Long Term Stay” option, follow the steps to complete your application
