The Provisions of the People’s Republic of China on the Registration and Administration of Imported Food Overseas Production Enterprises
Untuk makluman pihak YBhg. Datuk/Dato’/tuan/puan, pihak General Administration of Customs, The People’s Republic of China (GACC) telah mengumumkan Decree no. 248 The Provisions of the People’s Republic of China on the Registration and Administration of Imported Food Overseas Production Enterprises pada 12 April 2021 dan akan dikuatkuasakan pada 1 Januari 2022. Bermula 1 Januari 2022, hanya produk makanan dari premis pemprosesan dan penyimpanan makanan di luar negara yang telah berdaftar dengan pihak GACC sahaja dibenarkan import masuk ke China.
