On 21st June, 2013, the four primary schools under KKCCCI were were allocated special funds of RM1,275,000 from the Deputy Minister of Education, Datuk Mary Yap.
President Michael Lui expressed his gratitude to the Federal Government to fulfill the pledge and within the shortest possible time made the allocations as presented by Deputy Minister Datuk Mary Yap. The allocations were as follows: – RM500,000 for Kelombong Che Hwa, RM350,000 for Kota Kinabalu Chung Hwa , RM300,000 for Likas Chung Hwa, and RM125,000 for Putatan Hwa Shiong.
