On 30th August, 2013, President Michale Lui together with Lt. Col. (H) Dr Ling Hie Sing, William Chia Vui Liam, Mej. (K) Chang Chin Shin, JP., John Wong and Albert Kok met the delegation from The Overseas Chinese Affairs office of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality headed by Deputy Chairman Li Zhang Yuan.
