On 12th February, 2012, Datuk Seri Panglima Sari Nuar together with Datuk John Su Haw Tieng, Datuk Lau Kok Sing, Fong Tet Kong, George Wong Ing Ling, John Wong Tau Enn, Datuk Chong Choon Kim, Datuk Peter Lee Khun Choi, Soo Shau Kiong, Datin Wong Ing Huong, Steven Liaw Chee Kok, Stanley Chin Nyuk Khim, Loh Boon Hooi went to Labuan on a peaceful mission attending the Labuan Chinese Chamber of Commerce setting up the building fund of Qi Hua Kindergarten, which is under the jurisdiction of Labuan Chinese Chamber of Commerce.
The following day, Datuk Seri and Management & Supervisory Committee members paid a courtesy call on the widow of late Tan Sri Huang Zhi Lian, Puan Sri Shi Feng Yu, and dedicated a wreathe at the Memorial Grave of late Tan Sri Huang Zhi Lian.
