China Approves The Import of Frozen Durian from Malaysia
On May 30, 2019, the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC) announced the permission to import Malaysian unshelled durians that are frozen by specific process.
The GACC Announcement stated that according to China laws & regulations and “Protocol on Plant Quarantine Requirements for the Export of Fresh Durian from Malaysia to China between China Customs and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security of Malaysia”, Malaysia has been approved on exporting frozen durian products to China which is compliance with quarantine requirements.

申请冷冻带壳榴梿出口准证

据官网资料显示，果园园主可以从网站下载注册表格（表格LE-vii）（2014），并附上身分证及公司注册证书、地契和良好农业规范（MyGAP）证书副本，通过邮寄或电邮方式提交表格。
农业部官员随后会到访申请注册的果园，确保输华的冷冻榴梿供应果园实施良好农业规范（GAP），并采取有害生物综合控制措施（IPM）降低或避免有害生物，才能通过果园审核。
冷冻榴莲加工厂注册方面，申请者必须下载出口加工和包装表格（表格FPPE-vii）（2014），并附上公司注册证书、卫生部认证的优良生产规格证书（GMP）、加工和包装工厂的平面图、加工和包装流程图的副本，通过邮寄或电邮方式提交表格。
官员会确保工厂符合优良生产规格和卫生情况，同时必须从持有良好农业规范证书的果园中获得榴梿供应。另外，业者可从myphyto.gov.my申请检疫检验，并上载卫生部的卫生证明和优良生产规格证书。网站显示，这份检疫检验证书只会发给已经获得优良生产规格证书的业者。
